Managed Services: Support

Our Support function is divided into two hierarchical services - Maintenance and Monitoring. Maintenance refers to the processes necessary to repair and restore hardware and software. Monitoring uses advanced tools to identify and prevent incidents. Faults that impact availability are registered automatically by the network operations centre for further action. Events caused by threshold exceptions are raised for further action
