Plessey over the past few years insured that in some areas of Limpopo, communities have clean water. We have sponsored three play pumps to Komape-Molapo Primary School; Sekitla Secondary School and Kotankwe Primary School.
Sekitla Secondary School shares water with the local community, Kotankwe Primary School is using water for their big vegetable garden. With the water availability in the rural locations Plessey has helped ensure that these schools have managed to plant vegetables helping them to supply food to their pupils every day, as well as being able to selling vegetables thereby generating income in order to improve their schools.

Plessey donated Stationary packs, books, shelves and Mathematic instruments to Kotankwe School.

Plessey has donated and visited one of the charities which are Paul Jungnickel Home this is non-profit origination that helps people live with disability Read more . We also participate every year in September in the Casual Day initiative.
Plessey has committed to encourage the Cancer awareness program to their staff and also helping people that live with this disease by donating every year to this project .We also make sure that our staff attends this event to improve their knowledge on Cancer awareness. This year we had pink drive truck in our yard for screening on the 1st of November. 115 people were examined and 137 educated.


For the past several years Plessey has donated to the Thusong project which helps orphans from different schools. In 2011 Thusong organised a one day function for approximately 850 children where several Plessey staff members helped the children to enjoy a fun day of games and entertainment.
